  • Due to the sales volume generated by our CYBER MONDAY SALE, orders may take up to 7-10 business days to be fulfilled. When your order is being processed, you will be emailed with an electronic receipt and tracking number, which means we are processing your order. Your order may not be trackable for a few days.
  • FREE SHIPPING does NOT exist during the CYBER MONDAY SALE - we are unable to offer this promotion during this promotion - our Free Shipping over $75 deal will return AFTER the end of this sale 
  • Although inventory is updated hourly, we cannot guarantee every item requested. In the case an item is out of stock, you will only be charged for the items available and your shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly. 
  • Since orders are being fulfilled in the order they are received, no expedited shipping [2–Day, Express Saver, Standard Overnight, etc.] will be offered.
  • Changes to orders will not be accepted [add-ons, substitutions, combined shipping, etc]
  • In-store and warehouse pickups/drop-offs will not be available.
  • Orders with incorrect billing information will be cancelled. Upper Playground will notify you of the cancellation via email. Cancelled orders cannot be re-opened. A new order will need to be placed.
  • Upper Playground does not recommend the use of Visa/Master Card/American Express Gift Cards during the sale. 
  • For large orders, you may be contacted via email for additional information as a fraud prevention method.
  • Upper Playground will not be processing returns/exchanges during the sale.
  • Sale items can only be exchanged for a different size of the same item for an even exchange to occur. For all other returns/exchanges, an item’s value is determined by the price paid at the time of purchase.
  • Other discount codes cannot be redeemed during sale period.
  • In the event that you were able to purchase an item that was not for sale because it existed in your cart prior to the sale, those items will NOT be shipped, and will be refunded
  • The emailed sales order confirmation will serve as your receipt. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email and process a refund to your credit card or PayPal account.
