La Katrina is at the heart of the surf and skate scene in Southern Baja. Started in 2012 by Aaron Balducci as a place for locals and far flung travelers alike, La Katrina has kept a generation of surfers and skaters stoked and outfitted for whatever Baja adventure comes next. Aaron has been instrumental in growing the Southern Baja skate scene and along the way has collaborated with a host of local artists to design everything from skate decks to tees. For this collection Aaron tapped La Paz-based Pablo Lizardi. Pablo is a skateboarder and a fan of 70’s, 80’s and 90’s heavy metal and has garnered an international following for his designs and illustrations.
