Walrus TV: Chef Cosentino and Sam Flores Prepare Grape Salad

Celebrity Chef Chris Cosentino invited Sam Flores to his restaurant, Incanto, to prepare Grape Salad, using freshly harvested organic grapes, tarragon, turnips and almonds.  The dish is simple, yet the different layers add a complexity that’s subtle and refreshing.  If you’re not that into cooking, it’s still worth a watch to see Sam Flores and Jeremy Fish kid around and talk protein.  View the video below.
